David Hughes is the co-founder and Chairman of Crown Project Services Pty Ltd. David has held many senior project and leadership roles in Government and the private sector. Recent roles have included leading the Project Management and design team for the refurbishment of the, Queens Square Law Courts, Project Director for the start up phase of the refurbishment of the Sydney Opera House and Director for all social and sporting infrastructure in Western Sydney as for the Olympic Coordination Authority. David has worked internationally for Bechtel in Saudi Arabia including commercial and industrial developments, power, telecommunications and civil projects. David has also undertaken major civil infrastructure projects for John Holland Constructions and Abigroup in Australia. David has the skills to lead and manage property redevelopment and infrastructure projects utilising his extensive experience, enthusiasm, drive and network of contacts across all levels of business and government domestically, nationally and internationally.
