The firm has a strategic plan to grow its business in Queensland in line with the Sunshine States predicted investment in infrastructure.
The opportunity would suit a candidate who is looking for a lead role in a small firm with the challenge of developing a profitable business group, and enjoying the lifestyle Brisbane has to offer. The role would suit a candidate with 10 or more Australian years of experience in the design management and design of major civil structures in the transport infrastructure area. The successful candidate would be invited to take an equity shareholding in the business as well as participation in the firms performance based profit scheme.
