QCPP is a specialist international project management consultancy that focuses on economic infrastructure design management, procurement, superintendency of construction contracts, commissioning and asset management. QCPP is also an accredited provider of project management services to the Commonwealth of Australian agencies of AusAID, DFAT and FaCSIA. This includes the current major Indigenous Housing  and Infrastructure Programs.

QCPP has a distinguished track record in the international competitive development consultancy market.  The company has well developed intellectual capacity for successfully operating in different geographic, bureaucratic, environmental and small scale of island economies. This has been achieved through a entrepreneurial alliance, risk averse practice and performance orientated contract delivery systems.

We collaborate with Australian and International firms to provide integrated specialist consulting services in the areas  of project management, capacity building, design management, human resource development and contract administration.  Our projects have encompassed major infrastructure sectors including buildings, roads, bridges, water supply and sanitation and natural resources.  We have also successfully implemented projects within health and law & order sectors.

The management of QCPP is entirely in the hands of its principals from the civil engineering profession with all Directors, Shareholders being registered engineers
